Welcome in the Hofhuysje

In the centre of Franeker, in the Hofstraat, you will find a beautiful holiday house with the name 't Hofhuysje. This lovely cottage is completely renovated and it is now accommodated with all comforts, including a sauna. The Hofhuisje is a very cosy guesthouse suitable for two persons. During your stay you will be able to explore Friesland with her wonderful eleven cities, charming villages and the Frisian lakes and canals. Furthermore the Frisian isles lie within a stone's throw.

Ground floor

On the ground floor you will find the living room, including the kitchen, the utility room and the bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom also gives entry to the sauna. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring stove, an oven and a refrigerator. There is also a senseo and coffee machine. In the utility room you will find the washer/dryer, the dishwasher and microwave/oven. The living room has cable television, a DVD player with lots of films and CDs. Furthermore the Hofhuysje has WIFI.

Behind the cottage you will find the private garden, which can be reached via the sliding door. The terrace has a wooden decking. The terrace has comfortable garden chairs, a terrace table with chairs and of course a barbecue.

First floor

On the first floor, underneath the sloping roof, you will find the bedroom. If you wish, you can sleep underneath the starry sky during a summer night. Needless to say that the beds are made! On the front side there is a delightful bath, in which you can luxuriously relax. Towels are sufficiently available and clean towels will be timely supplied.

The romantic Hofhuysje is suitable for two persons. A baby bed and baby chair are available on request.
